I am looking forward to working with Dr. Leah Coulter in the close future! It’s time to see what GOD has planned in all of our lives!!!

Time flies when your having fun…Really? More like Time Flies Despite whatever is going on. 2011 was a rough year.
Adam, my amazing brother was gone all year to Florida - being trained for his Marine Job! I missed him.
Relationships changed.
My Amazingly WONDERFUL pastors retired. Learning to “ADJUST” to the changes at church (my home away from home). It’s been an adventure - emotional - trying - but ….could be rewarding. I’m seeing some GOOD things transpire! It’s about time after crying for MONTHS …I MISS MY COMFORT!
One of my dear sweet Friends has been in the hospital for over 7 months? Really??? Really??? I praise GOD she is still alive….and praying for the day she can be out and running around with us again!! I miss her greatly!
Life got crazy…I got a new puppy Maltese “Biscuit” to help Skittles adjust…we only expect to have Butterz another 2 - 5 years. But Biscuit arrived SICK. I picked her up Sunday at the Burbank Airport and we rushed to the vets Monday morning. We sent the next 2 weeks going to the vets twice a day. Every morning and every night. Sometimes she would do well enough to stay with me at work. Most the time she stayed at the vets. She liked the new formula Leah discovered…but it wasn’t enough. Her intestines were not functioning. She could not eat real food…and on Sept 30th I had to put her down. I SOBBED…my VET SOBBED….EVERYONE SOBBED. The SADNESS WAS DEEP!
So much LOSS in one year. Too much to bear.
Jen’s job (2 jobs) keep her busy. Plus she is playing DRUMS every sunday…practice Every Thursday…life was just too crazy. We closed HOME GROUP for now. We need rest.
Thinking the sadness was over…..right?? We have had enough??? Certainly there would be NO MORE. But that too was wrong.
My sweet Precious Buttercup got sick. She made a visit to the vet….and we thought she wasnt’ going to pass around Thanksgiving. Pancreas, kidney, lungs….so many issues my poor girl has. But somehow she is still pulling through.
Had a wonderful MONTH visit from my brother - he cooked amazing meals. We threw a Killer of a PIRATE PARTY for him!! So much fun….but ALL TOO SHORT! Before I was ready he packed his stuff and headed out to Hawaii….so far away. I’m proud of him, but once again MISS HIM SO! And life goes on!
END of 2011…END Of the SORROW….Right Lord?
Finally - through much trial and torment (THANK YOU DANI-OH)….I got HOPE…my sweet baby Maltese…Jan 2012. A year of HOPE…a YEAR OF NEW THINGS….a YEAR TO SEE WHAT GOD HAS FOR ME! That is what I hold onto!
Buttercup is still going. She is having a great week. It’s almost Easter….and I cherish each day with my girl.
Hope is GROWING…5 months now and getting bigger! She is a doll and I love her to pieces. She plays wonderfully with Skittles…so nice to see them play. They bring JOY when sometimes Joy is hard to find.
New things are coming….not sure what they are….but I’m looking forward to something wonderful!
My Sweet little Biscuit. I will miss her so! Sept 30, 2011
Dress Blues - he looks amazing!
Adam and Me on Graduation day! I am so proud!
The Last three months have been filled with PRAYER and letter writing as I waited expectantly for the mail each day. Any word from my bro on how he was doing in boot camp. Boy was it a LONG 3 months!
But those days are over. He has Graduated. WOW how amazing he looks. I am so proud. Family day and Graduation were amazing. I got to walk all around the base and see where he has lived for the last three months. He even gave us a tour of the museum.
I am just so proud. I could never get enough photos to capture all the wonderful expressions on his face!!! He did it. HE IS A MARINE!
He came to church with me on Sunday and wore his Dress Blues. WOW!!! Talk about looking amazing!
I am one PROUD sister!
Winnie the Wonder Bunny. The week after my birthday I was out playing Ultimate frisbee with some friends. Just so happens we were at a park that had no restrooms. Thankfully we were close enough to home. As I pulled into the driveway I saw a small white bunny hiding under Jen’s red truck. It was so cute, but I was sure it would run away. To my surprise it did not. We were able to catch it. I brought it into the house to find some food for it expecting the dogs to go CRAZY!
To my continued amazement the dogs were chill. They didnt’ bark at all, not even at the two people who were with me. Found out the little bunny was wounded. It had a deep wound in it’s side, but it was dry, not currently bleeding. I found a box, a small bowl of water, a small towel and put it inside with some carrots. It ate them up. How long had this bunny gone without food? Poor little thing?
I took him back to the park with us, where Bethany’s boyfriend asked to name it. Since he actually caught the bunny for me I said sure. He named it Win-e-bago, hence the nickname Winnie.
A few days later I got Winnie to the vets. It was so tiny the vet said it was about 8 weeks old. Two weeks of antibiotics and the bunny was healed. We also found out it was a BOY! opps, but the name Winnie stays. We often refer to him as BunnBunn.
I bought a nice cage, and play pen. I call it the 2 story Condo and yard. He loves it. And he loves me. He will sit on my lap eatting carrots and just fall right to sleep. I love my little bunny and so do the dogs. Buttercup is often seen licking him. She thinks it is her puppy.
BunnBunn is growing bigger and bigger each day. He is over 3 times the size he was when we found him……I can’t wait to see how big he is going to get!
